We are located in Corowa, on the mighty Murray River in New South Wales.
Established in 2017 Golden Lion Distillery, is run by Master Distiller David Goethe-Hooper and Distiller Vannessa L Gilmour. We together aim to produce spirit of the highest quality.
David crafts the Rum, and was inspired to make spirit from a young age (8) by his grandfather. He now has 42 years distilling experience in making Brandy, Rum and Whiskey.
Vannessa crafts the Whiskey. She hand raises her corn ferments and produces a Sour Mash that exemplifies Corn in all of its glory.
